Samy Jazaerli Member of the Board and Senior Principal at Cinven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samy is a member of the Financial Services sector team at Cinven where he has been involved in a number of transactions including Alter Domus, Compre, Grant Thornton, IFGL and Viridium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining Cinven, Samy worked at Credit Suisse where he was involved in M&A and leveraged buyouts advisory. Previously, he served in the French Finance Ministry (Corps des Mines).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samy is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique (MSc in Mathematics) and holds a Master in Finance from Princeton University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He joined Cinven in
